• Enterprise AI market will move beyond POC (proof of concept) approaches with the promise of the future value three or four years down the road, to more product-based approaches where there’s value right out of the box, and a clear path to ROI in the first year.
• Recommendation engines enter the enterprise space to help people become smarter in the way they do their work by understanding the way they do the work and what they need to have to be more successful.
• AI will play a much bigger role to help technical people. We need more tools to help the legions of developers build better software, release better software, and get production feedback to continuously evolve the software to make it higher quality and better for the users.
