Pulumi is best known for its open-source infrastructure-as-code (IaC) technology that can be used to provision resources on AWS, Azure, GCK, and over 150 other clouds. The cloud management platform has recently expanded to include things like configuration management and policy as code. Founded seven years ago, the company now has over 2000 customers. While sharing his 2024 predictions, Joe Duffy, Founder and CEO of Pulumi, says, “We’ll move beyond AI as just something that can generate our code to a world of autonomous agents.”

In 2024, there could be a reacceleration in cloud adoption, largely being driven by AI. Even with the current economic situation, we will likely see even more cloud adoption and cloud will be bigger than ever before.
