Dassault Systèmes began its partnership with NuoDB in 2013.

According to Florence Hu-Aubigny, Executive Vice President, Research & Development, Dassault Systèmes, the extended alliance “further underscores NuoDB’s distributed SQL capabilities, well adapted for native cloud environments.”

Dassault Systèmes and NuoDB are planning to close the transaction in December.
