Exadel has acquired Coppei, a Seattle-based digital business strategy and technology consultancy serving global Fortune 500 clients, for an undisclosed sum. Coppei will continue to operate as an independent brand.
Among its range of services and solutions from DevOps to MarTech and QA Automation, Exadel offers an open source facial recognition tool called CompreFace. CompreFace provides a simple REST API supporting integration with third-party systems and can be deployed anywhere on premises or in the cloud.
With Coppei’s data-driven business solutions and Exadel’s software engineering expertise, current and future customers will be able to better understand and tap into open source tools like CompreFace that can chart a new course for innovation and business objectives.
“With the addition of Coppei, Exadel is now positioned as a global technology company that integrates strategy, design, and software engineering to transform enterprises into modern digital businesses,” said Fima Katz, CEO of Exadel.
The acquisition was supported by an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners who acquired Exadel in March 2021.
