The release comes as enterprises grapple with rising concerns around sensitive data exposure in AI workflows, from large language model (LLM) prompts to risky data sinks like logs and temporary files.

The upgraded platform enables security and privacy teams to shift privacy left, embedding guardrails directly into the software development lifecycle. Alongside the platform expansion, HoundDog.ai announced the general availability of its Cursor extension and free CLI scanner for Python and JavaScript/TypeScript projects, giving developers immediate access to privacy-first tooling.
