Kintaba recently announced human-centric heatmaps for incident response. Kintaba CEO and Co-Founder John Egan explains that these charts are not technically complex. On the contrary, they provide a very high-level view into the people, who are participating in your incident response process. These are very similar to a heatmap that you’d expect to see in something like Google analytics. In this clip, he explains how these heatmaps work.
