Hygraph (previously GraphCMS) is a next-generation content management platform (CMS). Michael Lukaszczyk and co-founder Daniel Winter met at a company called Kanto, a digital asset management company before leaving to start building their own digital asset management system. However, after seeing a blog post about headless content management systems the co-founders saw an entrance window and started to build their own GraphQL-native Headless CMS. Lukaszczyk, CEO of Hygraph, says, “We love the idea of the headless CMS because whatever comes next in terms of digital channel (it may be with the new Apple goggles), AR/VR will become really big.”
