Instana has launched a Beta program for end user monitoring of mobile applications. The closed Beta program is available to individuals responsible for mobile apps that want to understand their application’s makeup, identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Instana said users can now submit requests to become Beta testers. The new mobile EUM capabilities center on problem identification and resolution.
Instana’s End User Monitoring is included with the company’s APM solutions for no additional charge. It provides client level details and traces from the browser (and now the App) making requests. Since the solution captures every single request, troubleshooting unique customer issues is said to be easier.
Instana is designed specifically to handle the challenges associated with cloud-native, microservice and containerized applications. The solution is also able to automate visibility into Kubernetes-orchestrated application environments.
