Carol Wilder, Vice President of Product at Puppet, specializes in creating platforms. When she joined Puppet in late 2020, she equated it with Amazon Alexa. In the early days, Alexa and Echo devices were more about telling news and weather, but the new skillset broadened their functionalities. Similarly, Puppet Enterprise, which is a Swiss Army knife, builds on many modular microservices-based Kubernetes. “We can recombine those [microservices] in order to quickly address the infrastructure problems that customers face today,” she said.

About our guest: Carol Wilder joined Puppet in September 2020 and quickly became a key impact player. Carol is a vibrant IT leader with decades of experience, helping the likes of Intel and Amazon utilize technology to stabilize investments, train engineers, and gain customer trust.
