Next DLP, an insider risk and data protection solution provider, has appointed Sheena Blanco as its first Head of Customer Experience. Blanco will lead the company’s team of technical account managers (TAMs); customer support engineers and customer success managers (CSMs) to deliver exceptional experiences for customers from proof-of-concept to post-production deployment. She will report directly to Next DLP’s CEO Connie Stack.

Sheena brings a wealth of customer service knowledge and experience to this position. Graduating from the University of Stirling with an MSc in computer science, she has 25 years’ experience in engineering and technical support positions, as well as consulting and customer support roles. Previous employers include Oracle, Digital Guardian (acquired by Fortra) and CoSoSys.
