SIOS Technology Expands Leadership Team to Support Global Growth in Application Resilience

0

SIOS Technology is expanding its sales and marketing leadership as enterprises place greater emphasis on application availability, disaster recovery, and operational resilience. The company has appointed Charlie Mantione as Head of Sales, Americas, and promoted Natalia Casey, previously Director of Marketing, to lead its global marketing organization.

Both executives will report to Masahiro Arai, Chief Operating Officer at SIOS Technology. The leadership changes come as organizations manage increasingly complex IT environments spanning on-premises infrastructure, virtualized systems, cloud platforms, and hybrid deployments, where application downtime can disrupt business operations and affect continuity.

Sales Leadership Targets Market Expansion and Customer Engagement

Mantione will lead SIOS Technology’s sales organization, overseeing sales strategy, customer engagement, channel development, and revenue growth initiatives. His appointment brings more than 25 years of experience across enterprise technology, communications, managed services, and service provider markets.

During his career, Mantione has held senior sales, go-to-market, and services leadership roles at NCR, Cushman & Wakefield, Avaya, Dimension Data, and AT&T. His experience includes building sales teams, expanding market presence, and developing strategies to support business growth.

For SIOS, the appointment signals a focus on extending its reach among organizations that depend on critical applications and need to reduce the operational consequences of infrastructure failures.

High availability and disaster recovery address related but distinct aspects of business continuity. High availability technologies help keep applications running when components fail, while disaster recovery capabilities help restore systems and services following significant disruptions. Enterprises often need both to maintain service levels and limit the impact of outages.

“I look forward to working with the team to expand our market reach, strengthen customer relationships, and help more organizations achieve resilient, always-on operations,” Mantione said.

The challenge for providers in this market is not simply offering recovery technology. They must also help customers integrate resilience into complex environments, align solutions with business requirements, and maintain dependable operations as infrastructure and application architectures evolve.

Global Marketing Leadership to Strengthen Market Visibility

Casey’s promotion expands her responsibility from Director of Marketing to leadership of SIOS Technology’s global marketing organization. She will oversee global marketing strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation.

Casey has contributed to the company’s brand development, demand generation programs, partner marketing initiatives, and efforts to increase awareness of its solutions internationally. Her expanded role places these activities under a unified global marketing strategy.

The move also reflects the importance of communicating the business value of application resilience to a broader enterprise audience. As IT environments become more distributed, organizations must evaluate how availability and recovery capabilities fit their infrastructure, operational requirements, and business continuity plans.

Casey said she intends to build on the company’s existing foundation, strengthen the SIOS brand, and support customers and partners as resilience and uptime become increasingly important priorities.

For technology vendors, aligning sales and marketing can help connect market awareness with customer engagement and channel development. SIOS’s leadership changes bring experienced sales leadership and established internal marketing expertise together as the company pursues its growth objectives.

Resilience Remains a Business-Critical Priority

Arai said the appointments are intended to support SIOS Technology’s customers, partners, and growth strategy. He highlighted Mantione’s experience in building and scaling technology sales organizations and Casey’s understanding of the company’s business, customers, and market.

SIOS Technology develops high availability and disaster recovery software for critical applications running across physical, virtual, cloud, and hybrid environments. Its solutions are designed to minimize downtime, protect business-critical data, and simplify the management of complex IT infrastructure.

As enterprises continue to rely on applications to support essential business processes, resilience remains a key consideration in infrastructure planning. Failures can affect revenue, customer experience, productivity, and regulatory obligations, making availability and recovery capabilities important components of enterprise IT strategy.

SIOS’s leadership expansion does not, by itself, indicate a change in its product strategy. Rather, the appointments strengthen the commercial and marketing functions responsible for communicating its value, developing customer relationships, and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
