Trilio, one of the leading data protection companies for public and private cloud recently announces TrilioVault for Kubernetes. We sat down with Murali Balcha, co-founder and CTO of Trilio, to talk about the role of data protection in the cloud-native landscape. We discussed how data protection for Kubernetes is different from data protection for OpenStack because Trilio created TrilioVault for Kubernetes from the ground up, though they did leverage their experience from the OpenStack world.
