CloudBees Core for Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) is now available for download from Pivotal Services Marketplace. With CloudBees Core, Pivotal Cloud Foundry customers can take advantage of continuous integration and continuous delivery workloads irrespective of where they are running them, whether on-premise or in the cloud.

Jason Mero, vice president of business development and technical alliances at CloudBees, said, “Deep integrations with cloud native platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry allow IT teams to manage CloudBees Core just like any other business-critical application they are running on the platform.”

At KubeCon + CloudNativeCon 2018 being held this week in Seattle, CloudBees launched CloudBees Core for Kubernetes Continuous Delivery. The new continuous delivery solution can help organizations create, deploy and manage cloud native applications for Kubernetes.

CloudBees Core for Kubernetes Continuous Delivery is claimed to be the only commercial offering built with Jenkins X, an advanced open source project for deploying modern cloud native applications and microservices to Kubernetes, fully leveraging Kubernetes for ephemeral execution of CI/CD pipelines.

The company also announced commercial support for Jenkins X at KubeCon. Jenkins X is said to provide an easy path to continuous delivery (CD) for cloud native applications deployed to Kubernetes.

“Jenkins X and Kubernetes represent a powerful combination for delivering modern cloud applications. Together, this combination is transforming application development for IT teams,” said James Brown, area vice president, worldwide customer success, CloudBees. “Now with the availability of CloudBees Jenkins X Support, developers get the power of open source, backed by full commercial support.”
