Corsha, a cybersecurity company in securing machine-to-machine (M2M) traffic for operational systems and critical infrastructure, has raised $18 million in a Series A-1 funding round. The round was led by SineWave Ventures, with participation from Razor’s Edge Ventures and Ten Eleven Ventures.
As machine identities outpace human ones by a ratio of 50:1—and with the rise of automation and agentic AI—organizations face increasing pressure to secure M2M communications. Corsha addresses this by offering a Machine Identity Provider (“m-IdP”) that authenticates, governs, and manages the growing network of machines interacting across cloud-native and legacy systems.
“There’s such a huge modernization opportunity in connecting operational systems and critical infrastructure yet without a strong identity solution, the risk is too high,” said Anusha Iyer, Founder and CEO of Corsha. “That is why we are so committed to our vision to securely connect the operational systems that run our world, delivering the first IdP focused on machines.”
“Today’s significant investment from SineWave, Razor’s Edge, and Ten Eleven Ventures represents a strong vote of confidence in the Corsha team and platform and a strong belief in the value we deliver for our customers. Corsha has already proven we can support some of the most challenging technology stacks in the U.S. public sector — including for the U.S. Air Force — and we are thrilled to use this funding to bring our platform to more organizations globally,” added Iyer.
Corsha integrates with traditional identity providers such as EntraID, Amazon IAM, and Keycloak, while adding dynamic machine identities and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for machines. The platform is designed to secure and audit M2M communication across operational technology (OT) and cloud environments—such as connecting AI/ML models to robotic controllers and manufacturing pipelines.
The new funding will be used to:
- Expand Corsha’s Go-to-Market team for customers in operational systems, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure
- Launch Corsha Labs, a hybrid R&D space to advance the company’s “shop floor to cloud” capabilities
- Scale AI/ML capabilities in the m-IdP for behavioral identities and adaptive IAM
The investment follows strong company momentum, including:
- 100% year-over-year ARR growth
- Authorization to operate in U.S. Government critical manufacturing environments
- The addition of Jeff Hudson, CEO Emeritus of Venafi, to Corsha’s Board of Directors
