At the upcoming E3 2019, Microsoft could try to steal the spotlight with details about its next-gen Xbox consoles.

According to French gaming news site JeuxVideo, the tech giant may not reveal pricing details or product names of the two devices. However, gamers may look forward to some official confirmation filtering through at the annual expo about these consoles.

There have been media reports surrounding Microsoft’s follow-up to the Xbox One for months now. It is being said that “Lockheart” will be more affordable of the two. But it will be slightly less powerful while still supporting all the same software. “Anaconda”, on the other hand, is expected to be more powerful – the Xbox One X equivalent of the next generation.

The 2020 Xbox consoles are also likely to be fully backward compatible with Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

The three-day Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 2019 would kick off on June 11 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
