Nextcloud has announced the immediate availability of Nextcloud Hub 20 at the Nextcloud Conference in Berlin.

The new release introduces users to a dashboard with an overview of the day, integrating information from across Nextcloud as well as third party social media, productivity and collaboration platforms.

A unified search provides users information from within Nextcloud as well as third party solutions like Gitlab, Jira and Moodle and Nextcloud Talk 10 enables bridging between a variety of chat services including Slack, MS Teams, Matrix and many more.

Nextcloud Hub 20 builds on an open API, the Open Collaboration Services. The release is claimed to introduce over 3 dozen integrations with a wide range of solutions.

Bridges are introduced between the Nextcloud Talk chat service with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Matrix, IRC, XMPP, Steam and many more.

Nextcloud’s integrated, unified search can provide results from ticketing systems like Jira and Zammad, development platforms like Github and Gitlab, e-learning systems like Moodle, forums like Discourse and Reddit, social media like Twitter and Mastodon and more.

Nextcloud Hub 20 further introduces a user status, so users can communicate their availability to colleagues, and notifications were integrated deeper with Activities to simplify tracking of events for users.

Many Nextcloud apps including Talk, Deck, Calendar, Mail and Files introduce dashboard widgets and unified search integration.
