Spacelift is set to host the inaugural IaCConf, the first virtual conference dedicated solely to Infrastructure as Code (IaC), on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The half-day event will provide DevOps and platform teams with practical insights into deploying and operating infrastructure automation tools such as OpenTofu, Terraform, and Ansible. Sessions will focus on best practices, emerging trends, and real-world case studies from industry professionals who have tackled critical IaC challenges.

The free conference, open to all, will stream live starting at 11 a.m. EDT. The agenda features expert-led discussions and hands-on workshops, including “Using Ansible and Terraform Together” by Ned in the Cloud, “Terraform in Depth” featuring Robert Hafner, and “From IaC to PaC: Emanating Infrastructure with Crossplane and Policy as Code” by Rachel Sweeney. Additionally, OpenTofu and Masterpoint will co-host a “How to Get Started with IaC” workshop to help participants enhance their skills.

Spacelift CEO Pawel Hytry emphasized the need for a vendor-agnostic platform for the growing IaC community: “With Spacelift’s deep involvement in OpenTofu, we’re committed to fostering open collaboration and creating opportunities to learn, exchange ideas, and drive the future of IaC together.”

Spacelift will also be present at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe in London from April 1-4, where attendees can visit booth N560 and participate in OpenTofu Day on April 1.
